PROCESSING & PRINTING
All our printed products such as bedding sets, hoodies, hooded blanket, etc are created On Demand and Cut & Sewed by hand! This means, once you order, the printing process starts.
We use the best printers in the bizz to ensure you a great end product.
Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 4-10 business days to create our products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less. Basically we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
Keep in mind that all our items are created manually. Therefore, it can be that the end product you'll receive can slightly differ from our product photos.
Please allow slight differences since It's not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back and we have different monitors so there could be a a slight differences in color.

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
